This article will show you how to perform a Site Audit whether you are on a tablet in the field or on a computer back at the office!

Purpose

We'll be talking about setting up Site Audits, specifically performing a site audit through the desktop version of Aspire. You may either use a desktop when you are back from a Site Audit or you can use the desktop version of Aspire on a mobile device as well. Using Annotations on Images

Your toolbar has several options when you add an image to a created Site Audit. We will review these left to right with examples!

Add Circle

Clicking this icon, and then the image, will add a circle to the image.

Add Square

Clicking this icon, and then the image, will add a square or rectangle to the image.



Add Line

Clicking this icon, and then the image, will add a line to the image.


Draw

Clicking this icon, and drawing on the image, will add a freeform shape to the image.

Add Arrow

Clicking this icon, and then the image, will add an arrow to the image.



Change Color (Color Picker)

Clicking the dropper will let you change the color to your next shape or text.

🧠 Make sure the color you choose for the annotation has a high contrast against the actual image.

Add Text

Clicking this icon, and then the image, will add a textbox to the image.

Font Point Size

Clicking the drop down will let you change the text size of your next textbox, as shown with "Carson Residence".

Line Thickness

Clicking the drop down will let you change the line thickness of your next annotation, as shown with the 2 pt. circle and then a 6 pt. circle.
