Requirements
✅In order to use Marketing Pro in Aspire, you’ll need Marketing Pro added to your user role.
Setting up Your Marketing Pro Branch with Aspire
Once your user role has Marketing Pro added, you’ll see the Marketing Pro icon appear in the blue side menu next to your Profile Icon.
⚠️When this permission is added to a user role, any user that has it and logs into Marketing Pro, they can access their branches within the Marketing Pro platform.
For example, if you are a multi-branch company, the user that has access to Marketing Pro will be able to view all data and make changes to the branches they have access to just like in Aspire.
Clicking Marketing Pro in the blue side menu opens Marketing Pro in a new tab. You can then begin your initial set up.
Add your company information and logo to build your Brand in Marketing Pro.
Specify your Trades.
Next, you’ll be able to set up your Sender information. They can be updated on a per campaign basis! Also, you can set your reply to information; this is where emails will be sent if someone replies to one of your emails!
After you’ve set up your company details, you can move forward with understanding what is synced with the Aspire and Marketing Pro integration to best market your business to your existing and future customers.
Syncing Timeline
When Marketing Pro is activated, your first time sync will import all of your contact, property and opportunity data. After your initial integration set up of Marketing Pro with Aspire, any changes will be synced overnight.
A good example of this is if you create a new property with new contacts, that information will be available for use the next day after the overnight sync is completed.
Data Mapping for Marketing Pro and Aspire
When you select Contacts in the left side of Marketing Pro, you will see your contacts from Aspire that have synced.
All contacts that have an email address can be used for marketing purposes in Marketing Pro.
You will see that Contacts are split by Residential and Commercial; Contacts are Residential by default, and get converted to Commercial category when they have multiple properties.
If you wanted to review Contacts with an email that has less than one property in the Contacts module in Aspire, you could add the filter of those that have an email address and less than two properties. In Marketing Pro, this would be the same as viewing Residential contacts with a single location:
For Contacts with multiple properties, you could use the filter in the Contacts module to filter those with emails and more than one property. It would be the same as viewing Commercial contacts that are multi location in Marketing Pro:
Segments
Segments are lists of customers that receive your marketing campaigns. Segment or List targeting can happen based on your customer’s contact information, properties, estimates or services.

How can Marketing Pro Email Marketing Help My Business?
Email Marketing success relies heavily on email domain reputation. To make a great impression, start with smaller, targeted segment lists and gradually increase the volume over time. Internet Service Providers (ISPs) grade your email marketing, and they look for suspicious activities such as spikes in send volume. Aspire’s Marketing Pro can help with this!

If your email reputation is not great, your emails may be filtered as junk or spam!
To maintain a good sender reputation, consider the following tips when you move to use Marketing Pro:
Hyper-target segments of customers and send relevant emails to smaller audiences.
Try using email marketing automation campaigns to engage with customers at the right time.
It's also a good idea to start with segments of 500 contacts or smaller and send 2-3 emails, then double the contacts and send 2-3 more email sends before doubling again.

Create New Customer Welcome Campaigns
After creating a new contact record in Aspire, it is highly recommended to send an email campaign to the customer! The email should express gratitude for choosing your company, provide important information, and reiterate your company's contact details.
Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to connect with your customers and show them how much you care! This will help to increase brand awareness, build customer relationships, and establish consumer trust.
Upsell Available Promotions
Target customers who currently only use general services like lawn maintenance and do not have any other services that could benefit from add-ons or new services.
You may want to offer promotions based on the season. You could also send a direct mail campaign to reinforce the message and increase retention and cross-selling opportunities.
Win Back Lost Leads
With Marketing Pro, you could create an email campaign targeting leads who might have gone cold or canceled in Aspire in the last 6-12 months, you could consider a special or discount to encourage opportunity growth with them!
Building a direct mail campaign to communicate the same message would bring brand awareness (and increase revenue) and show your customers that you are still interested in building a relationship with them.
Encourage Existing Customers
For your existing customers, create and send a monthly email newsletter highlighting seasonal news. You could also share tips & tricks and promotions or holiday emails to add a little fun to your marketing campaign.
Combine this newsletter with a direct mail campaign reinforcing the same message to build relationships with your customers, create brand awareness and trust!
Automate Renewal Reminders
You can use Marketing Pro as a tool to bolster your client renewals! Simply create an email campaign before the contract is set to expire, like maybe 4 months before expiration, to remind customers that their contracts will expire and it’s time to renew with your company.
This is proven to increase your customer retention rate!
Request Referrals
Gather new clients or leads with referrals from your existing client base. You can create email campaigns targeting active customers giving them an offer if they refer someone to your company and that person signs a contract with your company.
Good examples of this would be a percentage off their next service, or a gift card. Creating a direct mail campaign repeating the same message would really drive your referral request home!
