Purpose

The Full Property Wizard is useful for Account Managers and tracks profitability of properties and their Opportunities. This helps with staying on track with work deadlines, organization of work ticket completion within your system, and helps accurately review job costs and projections for future profits.

When you use the Full Property Wizard, you can review summarized revenue, costs and hour related information across a period of time for individual properties.

In this article we will talk about the benefits of using this report and provide a high level overview of the data displayed in this section of Aspire.

✅ To be able to use the Full Property Wizard, you'll need View Revenue added to your user role.


Reviewing the Full Property Wizard

It’s recommended to use the Full Property Wizard a few times throughout the year! Usually those that use this report find it useful halfway through the year, or during and after your busiest seasons.

  • To locate the Full Property Wizard, navigate to the Properties module.

  • Once you’ve selected a property, then select the 3 dot menu and select Full Property Wizard.

The date range of this report defaults to Custom- Less or Equal To, but you can set a different date range if need be. Options vary from All Time, This Week, This Year and more.

The date of this report defaults to the day you are reviewing the report, but can be changed to any previous or date in the future.

The information displayed on this screen is broken up into four sections. The sections are labeled as Services, Completed Work, Work in Progress, and Work Back Log.


Services

The services section will help you know the status of Work Tickets that need to be either Scheduled or Completed.

Also displayed in this section are the hours that have already been approved and the hours that still need approval.

📌Note: The values displayed here are limited to Contracts, only.

The ticket summary will display the progress of property's opportunities. These also show you the hours approved and remaining tickets for those opportunities.

The numbers are clickable and let you view additional details regarding individual tickets.

🧠 While the Full Property Wizard shows you multiple opportunities for the same property, if you need to see multiple opportunities for multiple properties, you can navigate to the Opportunities module and filter as needed.


Completed Work

The Completed Work section helps you understand the profitability of each property within a Division. The information found in this section can help you answer questions regarding Gross Margin.

Understanding labor costs is important, and the Completed Work section can help you reach your company's goals with these costs in mind.

📌Note: The information found in this section is made from both Contract and Work Order Opportunity Types.


Work in Progress

The Work In Progress section of the Full Property Wizard displays opportunity profitability. This displays the services with a status of In Production.

📌Note: The information displayed here is limited only to Work Orders.


Work Back Log

The Work Back Log displays the jobs that still need to be completed for the property. This section displays Estimated Revenue, Hours, Costs as well as Gross Profit and Gross Margin values.
