Purpose
As your company implements the use of the Customer Portal, we've provided you a template to download and share with your customers! This will help your company explain what abilities your customers have when using your customer portal.
🧠 Feel free to input your own images with your own branding instead of our examples. You can also remove sections that do not apply to your company! (Just make sure to refresh the Table of Contents)
To Download:
If using Word,
File → Download → Excel. Make sure to Save when filling out and when finished.
If using Google Docs,
File → Make A Copy → Select Google Drive Space
