In today's video, we'll be talking about the Equipment module, specifically, reviewing the Service and Reading Logs Lists.

🧠 Remember:

  • Service Logs are records of the services that are needing to be done or have been done on your equipment. The two service types are:

    • Maintenance: routine or scheduled maintenance (such as an oil change or annual inspection)

    • Request Service: Maintenance requested by field employees, usually unplanned (such as a flat tire or broken blade)

  • Reading Logs are records of the meter readings taken for your equipment (such as your equipment's mileage)
