Accessing the Aspire Academy Through the Resource Center
The easiest way to get to the Aspire Academy is to log in to your Aspire account and then click on the Resource Center icon.
After clicking the Resource Center icon, select Aspire Academy from the list of options:
If you click on the Aspire Academy option, you’ll see this:
The button will take you out of the Aspire platform to create your Aspire Academy account!
Enrolling Into the Aspire Academy
Next, you’ll need to enter some information required to give you access to your Aspire Academy account.
Type your First Name, your Last Name and your work Email Address.
Logging back in after your enrollment into a Learning Path would require you to enter the same email address to access your enrolled courses!
📌 Note: No matter if you are logging in for the first time, or signing back in after you have enrolled, this screen will look the same!
⚠️ Failure to use the same Email Address the next time you log in would result in a duplicate account, require you to select a new Learning Path, and your progress would not be able to be transferred to the new account.
After you have entered your information in all of the fields, press Enter to access the Aspire Academy!
You’ll be brought to the Aspire Academy Dashboard:
For your first log in, you’ll need to select a Learning Path.
Click on the Learning Path tab!
On this screen, you’ll see a list of the Learning Paths available for you to enroll yourself into.
🧠 These are customized Learning Paths based on the User Role you have in Aspire, so make sure you select the right one!
For this example, you should enroll into the System Admin Learning Path.
Click Start in the System Admin Learning Path!
Once inside of a Learning Path, you’ll be able to see the list of courses that you’ll be covering!
To the left, you’ll see a description of the Learning Path. To begin your courses, click Start Path!
As you progress through each course in the Learning Path, you will read articles, take quizzes to reinforce learning, and click through tutorials!
Reviewing Your Dashboard After You Have Enrolled into a Learning Path
After you have enrolled into a Learning Path, when you navigate back to your Dashboard, you’ll see an overview of the Path you’ve enrolled into, and the courses that need to be completed before learning more!
You will also see information about the courses that you are currently learning about! Those are displayed as a number on your In Progress metric:
Using the Catalog and Learning Path Tabs
There are other features inside of the Academy! Let’s look at the Catalog and Learning Paths tabs next.
Clicking on the Catalog tab will bring you to the catalog of Courses available to you.
Reviewing the Learning Path Tab
Next, let’s review the Learning Path tab a bit more!
After clicking, you’ll be brought to the list of Learning Paths that you are able to enroll yourself into.
This screen is helpful when you are initially enrolling into a Learning Path for your User Role, or if you need to take an additional Learning Path based on your Role responsibilities.
Using the Search Function in Aspire Academy
In the Course Catalog, you can use the Search field to enter keywords to pull up relevant Courses or Activities!
In this example, we have typed Recurring Scheduling into the Search field.
After pressing Enter, the Search Results display all Courses and Activities relating to the Search keywords! You can even go to specific tutorials and quizzes to review exactly what you need!

Understanding What’s Under The Profile Button
In the right corner of the screen you’ll see a symbol and if you click the symbol, you’ll see options for a Transcript and to Sign Out.
Click Transcript first.
Reviewing the Transcript Screen
The Transcript page shows a list of all of the Courses that you have started, and the Learning Paths that you have enrolled into.
Any Certifications you’ve received or completion dates will also be shown here!*
*Certifications will be coming in future phases of Aspire Academy.
Logging Out of Aspire Academy
When you are done with your training for the day, you’ll need to log out of your Aspire Academy account.
Click the icon in the right corner.
Then, select Sign Out from the list.
After you are logged out, you are redirected to your Aspire Dashboard!
📌 Note: If your Aspire session has expired due to inactivity, you’ll be redirected to the Aspire login screen.
🧠 Remember: Logging back in would require you to enter the same email address you initially enrolled with to access your Learning Path and your In Progress courses!

🧠 Q: What is the Aspire Academy?
A: The Aspire Academy is a Learning Management System (LMS) created to help users learn more about Aspire software!
🧠 Q: How does Aspire Academy differ from other training resources?
A: Aspire Academy is a learning hub that includes videos, interactive tutorials, and quizzes! Aspire Academy will test your knowledge of the content and empower you to take your Aspire understanding to the next level!
🧠 Q: Who is Aspire Academy for?
A: The Aspire Academy is for Aspire users that regularly use the desktop version of Aspire! Learning Paths are based on the default roles within Aspire. Happy Learning!
🧠 Q: What about access for Crew Leaders and Crew Members?
A: Crew Leaders and Crew Members do not have Learning Paths based on the small amount of learning content that they need. They should continue using our available resources found in 403: Aspire Mobile for Crew Leaders.
🧠 Q: What web browser works best with the Aspire Academy?
A: We recommend using the browsers and devices listed in the Aspire Recommended and Minimum Requirements article. This guide explains the best conditions for using Aspire software and the Aspire Academy.
🧠 Q: How do I know if I or my employees have completed their learning path or courses?
A: You can review certifications when using the Transcript feature. For more information on Transcripts, see Reviewing the Transcript Screen!
💡 Tip: You can also view a course that has already been completed by navigating to the lower half of your Dashboard which will provide you with a list of your courses. There is also filter options to narrow down your view!
🧠 Q: How do I update my login information?
A: You can’t change your account settings in Aspire Academy. If you need to update your email address, contact the Aspire Learning Team at learning@youraspire.com.
Troubleshooting🎯
🧠 Q: I logged into my account but my progress is gone. What could be the issue?
A: The Aspire Academy does not require a password and is open access. This means that you could attempt to login and make a mistake with the login information, creating a duplicate account.
⚠️ You can see in the image that the email address includes a second letter 'm' at the end.
If you come across this issue, try logging in again to be sure the credentials are accurate. Then, if you are still have issues, please submit a request to learning@youraspire.com to have the issue looked into further, and also, to have the duplicate accounts identified and removed.
🧠 Q: What if I do not receive an email I am expecting from the academy?
A: The emails from the academy will come from no-reply-academy@youraspire.com.
If you are not receiving these emails to your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder in your email and see if they landed there. You will want to remove those from spam and also, whitelist no-reply-academy@youraspire.com in your email provider. If you need assistance with this process, we suggest reaching out to your IT, Email Administrator, or third-party email host.
If the issue persists, You can reach out to learning@youraspire.com to confirm if the email was sent.
🧠 Q: What do I do if the Aspire Academy isn’t working on my device?
A: If you have identified that you are signed up correctly, but for some reason, the Aspire Academy is not working on your device:
Contact your IT staff, device administrator, or tech support. This is the best option if you're using a supported device, but something still isn’t working.
📌 Note: Be sure to confirm that you are using a supported device before proceeding further by reviewing Aspire Recommended and Minimum Requirements!
🧠 Q: What should I do if I encounter a broken link, come across a bug, or want to provide feedback on the academy?
A: Try refreshing the page or following the instructions in the error message.
If the problem continues, email the Aspire Learning Team at learning@youraspire.com with details about the broken link, bug, or feedback.
🧠 Q: My screen, video, or content looks squished. How can I fix this?
A: Notice how in the image above, the video is cut off while playing. This will leave you with a few options for better visibility:
Scroll down: This works if the page is only partially cut off.
Full screen mode: Select the full-screen option on the video or content.
Adjust browser zoom:
On Windows: Press Ctrl + Scroll Wheel Up/Down to zoom in or out.
For specific instructions, search online for "[Your browser name] how to adjust web browser zoom."
